Delivery Information (B2C UK Orders Only)

Dispatch Times

All stock items are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or there is any delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone. For backordered items, we will confirm with you before dispatch once stock becomes available.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Free Delivery – Orders under £45

  • Free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class
  • Available on all UK orders with a total value under £45
  • Please note: This service does not include tracking, only delivery confirmation where available
  • You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked Next Day delivery for £7.99, this option can be selected at checkout

Free Tracked Delivery – Orders £45 or over

  • Orders of £45 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked delivery
  • Service used may vary depending on weight and number of items
  • You will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey

Pallet Deliveries

  • The Quad Shield Wheelclamp is shipped via pallet delivery
  • Pallet deliveries are free of charge
  • Delivery is kerbside only

Missed Deliveries

Royal Mail

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Items are typically held for up to 10 days before being returned to us.

Returned items may incur a re-delivery charge before being resent.

Courier Deliveries

Couriers will usually attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, instructions will be provided on how to rearrange delivery or collect your order.

Items not collected within the courier’s timeframe may be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge may apply.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracked parcels: Once your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked service, you will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail via email and/or SMS.
  • Updates show key points in your parcel’s journey and confirm delivery.
  • You can also view your parcel’s progress online using the tracking number provided.
  • Standard 2nd Class parcels do not include full tracking, only delivery confirmation where available.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched
  • This delivery information applies to B2C orders only

International Delivery

We can ship most of our products outside of the UK. As shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, delivery charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

To place an international order, please email us at sales@sasproducts.com with details of the items you wish to purchase and your delivery address. We will provide a quotation including delivery costs. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer (the recipient) upon delivery.

For international orders, payment is accepted by bank transfer, via a PayPal invoice or Global Payment Link.
