Consumer Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to consumer (B2C) customers only. Business-to-business sales are subject to separate terms.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email or post) within this 14-day period, clearly stating your order number and your decision to cancel. Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging where possible
  • In a condition suitable for resale

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Return Address

Returns should be sent to:

Returns Department
SAS Security Products Ltd
Unit 2 Prime Building
Daux Road
Billingshurst
West Sussex
RH14 9SJ

We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will include:

  • The full cost of the item(s)
  • The cost of standard outbound delivery (if applicable)

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We do not refund enhanced or express delivery charges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases:

  • We will cover reasonable return postage costs
  • You may be entitled to a replacement, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015

 Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Items that have been installed or permanently fixed
