Description

The SAS Dummy Tow Ball inserts into the hitch aperture on hitchlocks when you cannot cover the tow ball. Therefore, it prevents the hitch from attaching to another vehicle’s tow ball or adapted tow ball. This feature is essential when using hitchlocks with an integral lock, such as the Bradley double lock or Bradley auto head hitch.

Specifically, the dummy tow ball fits into the ball hitch when the towing hitch handle is up. Then, it locks in place when the handle is down, fixing the handle in the locked position. Consequently, this accessory adds an extra layer of security.
